I have several years cooking under my belt. Started as a life requirement that I learned I had a skill at. I have work years in multiple kitchens, from home to commercially. I worked several year under several position titles, line cook ,head chef, window and coordinator, baker and sous chef. As well as many other positions in the food industry.
